A 30cm flat-bottom iron pan for Chinese-style stir-fries, fried rice, tofu and braised dishes.

Included: one uncoated iron pan, pre-seasoned, with a glass lid and wooden handle.

Hob compatibility: suitable for gas, induction and ceramic hobs. Check your available counter space before ordering.

Before first use: wash with hot water, dry over heat and wipe on a thin layer of oil. Dark residue at first can be seasoning residue.

Care: dry after use and do not leave soaking overnight or put it in the dishwasher. Avoid dropping or striking the pan. The pan, lid and handle may become hot; use heat protection when handling.
