1. Shipping Time Frame

1.1 Standard Delivery: Most orders within mainland UK are delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on item availability and location.

1.2 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipping date, not the order date. These times are for guidance only and subject to order acceptance and approval.

1.3 Remote areas and international orders may require additional transit time.


2. Shipping Carriers

2.1 Cookbay LTD partners with Royal Mail, UPS, and Evri to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2.2 Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

2.3 We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier based on order requirements and destination.


3. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

3.1 If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a refund, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost.

3.2 Customers must provide photographic evidence of damage when requesting a replacement or refund.

3.3 If tracking shows an order as "delivered" but the customer claims non-receipt:

  • Cookbay LTD will assist in investigating with the carrier.
  • However, we are not liable for orders marked "delivered" by the courier.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

4.1 If an order is delayed or lost in transit, Cookbay LTD will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4.2 Once an order has been shipped, Cookbay LTD is not responsible for courier-related delays, strikes, or customs processing times.


5. International Shipping

5.1 Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.

5.2 If an international order is delayed, held, or returned due to customs clearance issues, Cookbay LTD is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.

5.3 Customers should check their country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid clearance delays.
