The Large Capacity edition runs on two workhorses: the little green pot stews and braises, the 10L air fryer roasts and crisps — one batch, whole table served. The pot is a Chinese-spec model; we pre-fit the UK adapter, so it's ready the moment it arrives.
A day in a shared kitchen
Lunch — the little green pot braises a Northeastern pot of ribs and potatoes, or Jiangnan mei cai braised pork; four bowls of rice, sorted
Evening — the 10L fryer takes four skewers of Xinjiang lamb plus a layer of Hunan wings in one go; flatmates round one table
Weekend — reheat baozi and youtiao, bake egg tarts and sweet potatoes; half an oven in one machine

Choosing between this and the UK-Plug edition
Living alone, take the UK-Plug edition (7L ＋ 1.2L health kettle, all native UK plugs). Two or more of you, taking turns to cook — this 10L tier is the one. The Bear 1.5L health kettle that used to complete this set is on its way back in stock; it'll be listed separately when it lands, so you can add it on then.
