Collection: Rice Cookers & Pressure Cookers

A UK rice cooker boils rice and switches off. These run the programmes Chinese recipes assume you have: a congee setting that holds a slow simmer for an hour without catching, pressure cycles for braises and bone broth, and a keep-warm that leaves rice edible hours later rather than crusted.

Size matters as much as function. The 1.5L and 1.8L models cook one or two portions properly, where an Instant Pot starts at 3L and half-fills badly; 4L models take a household. Titanium and 316 stainless inner pots if you would rather avoid a non-stick coating.

Most of these have Chinese control panels. Every product page carries an English control-panel guide showing what each button does.
