  • 🔒 No need to purchase additional insurance; we assume all shipping risks.

3️⃣ Self-service boat sharing process

  1. Self-service shipping cost calculation

    • Open the form, fill in the outer box dimensions → the system will automatically provide a fixed shipping cost.

  2. Submit the "I want to bring this!" form

    • Please provide the "product name + model number".

  3. Pay 30% deposit

    • Deposit = (Product price + Shipping cost) × 30% (Exchange rate 9.4)

  4. Full container shipping

    • Shipped with our home appliances, arriving at port in 45–60 days.

  5. Final payment & delivery

    • We will notify you to pay the balance upon arrival in Hong Kong. Royal Mail/Parcel Force will deliver within 2–5 business days.

4️⃣ After-sales guarantee policy

  • 7-Day Power-On Failure Policy : If the device fails to power on within 7 days of receipt, you can return it for a refund or get a replacement.

  • Full compensation for damage during transportation : For damage or loss during shared shipping and delivery, return and refund or replacement.

  • Products outside the coverage & Internet-connected products : Only the above two items apply. The six-month warranty for other products in the store cannot be combined with this forwarding service. If the product is Internet-connected, customers must ensure compatibility with their UK/Australia network; this forwarding service is not responsible for network issues.
