3.3. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipment will require an additional shipping fee of £4.5.

4.2. Returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind) must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
4.3. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after return approval. If you have not received a refund within 3-business days, please contact us.

5.1. Electrical appliances must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
5.2. Do not leave operational electrical appliances unattended. Any damage resulting from improper use absolves COOKBAY厨宝 of liability.
