A deep Chinese-style wok for stir-frying after work or covering vegetables and meat to braise gently.
Surface and shape: an uncoated titanium cooking surface with a hammered texture and a deep Chinese wok shape. This is not a non-stick coated pan. The handles are red and grey with heat-resistant grips; a clear glass lid is included.
Cooking tips: heat the wok first, then add oil before the ingredients. Food may stick if it is placed in a cold pan. A wire scrubber may be used, but it can leave fine marks on the surface; this is described as normal. Avoid exposing the hot glass lid to sudden temperature changes.
