Choose a version: the bone chopper is 40Cr13 steel, about 3 mm thick at the spine and 381 g. The slicing knife is 40Cr13 steel, about 2 mm thick at the spine and 250 g. Both are double-sharpened and have wooden handles secured by three rivets, with a hanging loop.
