Most air fryers sold here are built around a drawer that holds chips for two. That is fine until you want to hang a rack of char siu, roast a whole chicken, or crisp a tray of leftover spring rolls in one pass instead of three.
7L takes a bird. 10L takes a bird and the potatoes around it. The point of the extra volume is not greed, it is airflow: food packed in overlapping layers steams itself and comes out pale, while a single uncrowded layer is what makes an air fryer crisp anything at all.
It is genuinely useful for Chinese cooking, and not only in the obvious ways. Roast pork belly gets its blistered crackling without heating a full oven. Dumplings and spring rolls come back from the freezer crisp rather than soggy. Chicken wings take a proper glaze. And it reheats rice-flour and pastry things, which a microwave turns to rubber.
It roasts as well as fries, so on a small worktop it can stand in for an oven entirely.

About the control panel
Some appliances built for the Chinese market arrive with Chinese labelling on the panel, and we would rather say so than let it be a surprise. This model is made to UK specification with a UK plug, and we are confirming the panel labelling on the batch currently in the warehouse.
